When: Saturdays December 13, 2008 through February 14, 2009
Time: 8:30a – 10:00a (Times may be adjusted.)
What: Mat games, mat drills, 7 basic skills, basic technical instruction, live wrestling, round robin tourney.
Cost: $ 60.00
Includes USA Wrestling Membership Card, T-Shirt, 2 rookie tournaments, and donation to SP Wrestling.

Novices, First Year Wrestlers, and Members of Junior League Teams Welcome. Parent involvement will be needed and encouraged.Wrestlers should wear sneakers or wrestling shoes, sweats or shorts and a t - shirt. Headgear optional. Bring your own water bottle.Session dates include Saturdays and holiday weekdays.
